Es ist ein Erstbezug nach umfassender Sanierung. I rent a studio (own room with integrated kitchenette and own private bathroom with mini bath) with wifi with extra common room. The house is still under construction but only weekdays to max 5pm. The studio is already finished. It is a first occupancy after extensive renovation.
